Looking back over the years, we can hear the precious lives we have been privileged to serve.

As a working mom and a single parent to a spirited and strong willed child, I struggled with finding balance between work and home, and also with establishing true connection and positive discipline with my child. I was in many ways, an absent parent who came home to yell at my child. I felt empty, defeated and unequipped.  Parent Aid has been a breath of fresh air in so many ways. By meeting other parents and hearing about their struggles, successes and failures, I gained new perspectives on parenting. Because of the hands-on instruction and curriculum taught by Parent Aid, I have been able to grow as a parent. I now understand how to discipline in a way that is positive. I’m finally truly enjoying my role as a parent, and I enjoy my child’s company more than ever.
