The closest parking will be on the south end of the hotel and east of the ballroom
5:30 – Check-In
5:45 – Split Decision providing Live Music
6:00 – Gaming Tables Open
6:30 – Dinner is served
7:00 – Words from the Parent Aid Executive Director
8:30 – Casino Games Close
8:45 – Awards, Raffles and Chance Auctions
9:00 – Music and Dancing
Black tie always admires but never required
The theme for the evening is Casino Royale so wear whatever that means to you and makes you happy
Dinner will be buffet style starting at 6:30
Drinks will be at the cash bar that ONLY ACCEPTS CASH
Everyone will receive $500 in gaming chips to start the evening and may purchase more chips at the event or pre-purchase chips before the event at https://parentaid.org/wecare2023/
At the end of the evening guests may “cash” in their chips for raffle tickets for the Chance Auctions
The silent auction is completely online and will close at 3 pm on Sunday the 18th. Everyone is invited to access the auction at https://www.accelevents.com/e/wecare2023
Winners can pick up their items at the Parent Aid office starting Monday the 19th
At the end of the night, or whenever you are done with casino games, every $100 in chips may be redeemed for Chance Auction raffle tickets. The drawing will at 8:45 and the winning numbers will be posted at https://parentaid.org/wecare2023/ by Monday the 19th for those that may need to leave early.
